WHAT IS SOCIAL CREDIT SYSTEM (SCS)?

The Social Credit System (SCS) is a social behavior credit system to measure how moral and trustworthy of each person on Earth, regardless of their nationality, age, status and more, this includes YOU. It is mandatory under QQ rules Penal Code 78 Act 2022.

WHY DID QQ CARE CENTRE INVENTED THE SCS?

Nowadays, many members of QQ violate the RULES OF QQ; and not only that, where people outside of QQ Care Centre disrespects us, in many aspects, politically, economically, and socially.

This was used in countries like China where they use 社会信用体系 (shè huì xìn yòng tǐ xì) (Chinese Social Credit System) where the Government of the People's Republic of China uses the social credit system to record businesses, individuals, and government institutions for their trustworthiness.*

It will be accessed with points. Starting with the next amendment of the RULES OF QQ, each person will receive exactly 1,000 points.
