The Social Credit System (SCS) is a social behavior credit system that measures the moral, behavior, integrity and how trustworthy of a person, regardless of that person is a member of QQ or not.
Under QQ rules Penal Code 78 Act 2022, the SCS Department is responsible in managing everyone's social credit system.
Let your reputation destroy, if you dare.
Your social credit, regardless of whether you are a member of QQ or not, will be permanent. If your social credit is low, your name will be exposed to everyone.
Having a bad score will affect not only your life but also your surrounding people. The SCS Department will do its best to ensure that those who are untrusted and non-integrity to face the most public shaming whether possible.
IMPORTANT
Section 78.2 (a) of the Penal Code Act (new Amendment) states that everyone will be given exactly 1,000 social credit on the 1st of January 2025, 12.00 am midnight. Therefore, your social credit will increase/decrease from that day onwards.
